Japan Keisuke Motoyama serves as Managing Director for Aventine Global Traders' Japan team, providing leadership for the company's business development, strategic relationships, and market presence throughout Japan.
In this role, Mr. Motoyama works closely with Aventine's international leadership to identify commercial opportunities, develop trusted relationships with customers and suppliers, and strengthen connections between Japanese organizations and Aventine Global Traders' broader international network.
His leadership supports Aventine's long-term approach to the Japanese market - one centered on professionalism, integrity, cultural understanding, and the development of relationships capable of creating sustainable value for all parties involved.
As Managing Director, Mr. Motoyama also provides direction to Aventine's Japan team as it expands its network, develops new partnerships, and facilitates cross-border opportunities between Japan and markets around the world.

Japan Yuna Nanjo serves as Vice Managing Director for Aventine Global Traders' Japan team, supporting the company's continued development of commercial relationships, market opportunities, and international partnerships throughout Japan.
In her role, Ms. Nanjo works alongside Aventine's leadership and regional team to strengthen communication with customers, suppliers, and business partners while helping coordinate opportunities between the Japanese market and Aventine's broader international network.
